WebEOC is a Crisis Information System,
designed to facilitate the sharing of incident information and updates within and between jurisdictions and agencies. Information is grouped and secured by jurisdiction and role.

The system is web-based, allowing it to be accessed both in EOCs and from the field. Certain data is allowed to move between the Houston Region’s implementation of WebEOC and other WebEOC systems, such as the one used by the State of Texas.
